Audit Facilitation
One audit run by your own auditor, with an outside facilitator.
Service details
The need
The organisation has an obligation or an intention to audit something and no one with the experience to run it. Audits either do not happen, or happen and produce a list of complaints that no one acts on.
The outcome
The audit has been completed by the client's own person, to a method they can repeat, with a report whose findings have owners and dates. The client keeps the capability, which is the point of facilitation rather than delegation.
Who it is for
An organisation that must or intends to audit an area of its own activity against a written criterion — a procedure, a standard, a policy or a contract — and that has a member of staff who can be nominated as auditor.
