Cameroon's personal-data regime applies to processing connected with EKO's activities in Cameroon. Other regimes may apply cumulatively where EKO addresses people located in their jurisdiction.

This site sets no cookie of its own and carries no advertising tracker. It keeps one value in your browser's local storage, containing only fr or en, to remember the language you chose. That value never leaves your browser and contains no identifier.

Resources and providers actually used. The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), which, like any host, processes the technical data needed to serve the pages, including your IP address. The contact and service-request pages load the anti-robot check Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com. Messages sent through those forms are carried by the email delivery provider Brevo. The pages of this site load no other external resource.

Audience measurement. This site’s domain is currently configured to load Cloudflare Web Analytics, an aggregate audience-measurement service provided by the host. According to Cloudflare, it sets no cookie and does not use your browser’s storage; it processes technical visit data (page viewed, browser, performance) to produce overall statistics.

This statement covers this site. EKO's commercial destinations are separate surfaces with their own data processing.

On a purchase at a commercial destination: name, email address, address, order and payment-reconciliation data, to perform the contract and meet legal obligations; download activity, to administer the contract and verify refunds; business identifier, for invoicing.

Marketing communications rest on their own basis, normally consent where the law requires it. They are never bundled with a purchase.

Card details are handled by the payment provider; EKO keeps the minimum.

This site’s contact form: name, email address, organisation if given, subject and message. These are used only to read the enquiry and answer it, on the basis of EKO’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries addressed to it.

The service request form: the service requested, name, organisation if given, email address, language, a description of the need, the preferred timing and service-specific information. These are used to qualify the request and to prepare an answer or a written proposal, at your request, before any contract.

This data is not used for prospecting and is not sold. It is carried to the company’s contact address by the email delivery provider Brevo. Before sending, an anti-robot check, Cloudflare Turnstile, processes technical data about your browser and connection, including your IP address, to tell a person from a robot.

Providers processing data on EKO's behalf are bound by written terms covering documented instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, breach notification, assistance with rights, deletion or return, and transfer safeguards.

Retention is purpose-based and never indefinite. Transaction and invoicing data are kept for the applicable accounting, tax and limitation periods. Support, refund and download logs are kept only as long as a refund, chargeback or dispute may require. Marketing data are kept until withdrawal or objection. Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as the enquiry and the correspondence that follows it require. When the purpose expires, data are deleted or anonymised.

Depending on the regime applying to you: access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to the competent authority.

Requests go to support-contact@ekoonlinebusinessllc.com and are authenticated before they are actioned. EKO answers within the shortest statutory deadline applicable to you.

Three EKO Academy courses address children and are bought by an adult. The adult purchaser is the contracting party. A child is concerned only to the extent data about that child is actually processed, and the service is designed to avoid child accounts and child data.
